This seems like a good blend of speed and power, youth and experience with two very good kickers and one very good playmaker.

The Brian Kelly of wingers, capable of tackle breaks and exciting moments but defensively and decision making leave a lot to be desired.

I'm just wondering what DA's job is. He makes suggestions to Flanno and Flanno accepts or rejects those suggestions?

Although my confidence in the coaching staff is fading, I still have faith in the club’s administration. I doubt Tim Watsford is deliberating over how long Flanno should be given before reacting. It’s more likely he’s focused on who the club wants to replace him, when that person becomes available, and when the approach should be made, assuming it hasn’t already begun.

I actually think we are in a better position right now for a coach to come into ... Problem is Flanagan is stupid with too many bad ideas impacting on others.
Watsford/Anderson seem to have the place moving in the direciton that would have delivered us Ryles ... Flano is showing now that the coach in the joint has power ... just flano's super power is shitting his own pants.

I think we’re in far better shape now, Dave, certainly off the field. We’ve also got a genuinely promising group of young forwards coming through. A good coach could look at this roster and see real upside. Not long ago, we really were the last‑chance saloon.

Having a cracking young 7 and good young pack is a good carrot to dangle

If they can punt Gutho and old mate’s boy into oblivion and get some decent NRL players there’s the makings of a competitive NRL team there
