i mean there is litereally no-one else in the backs .. Tsougrannis such a risk considering how much footy he has played.
There is flexibility in the 22 named to pick a different looking team.

That is simply about looking at what Atkinson can do - he has played centre well enough from the bench for the scum ... With Niko/Metcalf likely to be 6/7 next year we need to see if Atkinson can cope in any other roles. With drinky also coming its basically centre or bust for him. FInd out now in meaningless games.

You could see in Feagai being hooked that it is in Young's thinking at least.

Yes, Atko needs to get a few runs in the centre position this year to see how he is in both attack and defence as the season is over for us but Deano wants wins and he cannot afford to play around testing out players if that is his aim - winning games. He will look dead set shit only winning 1 game this year as head coach is what I am thinking.

Probably a fair point that Nick although not a ctr might be comparable.. Nick does get found out defending the goalline though... when they run fast men across him.. he is genuinely toast . Atkinson probably not bad depth either.. I still want to see him with a preseason though doing 'something' else.. fullback depth? Thats something we are relying on gutho for currently.

Does seem like we could easily let go 1 or 2 of Kyle, LKT or Atkinson early.. Atkinson still has 2yrs though, LKT and Kyle just the 1 (Nov 1st players)... dont think any of these 3 r in our plans longterm.. but we need some squad depth and extended bench coverage from someone... I also suspect that Reed/Hammoud/Hodges will fight out the halves positions in NSW Cup next year with O'Neill moved on and not sure if they will keep Quinn.

Might be able to use him somewhere for 2 years. I don't think he's likely to be let go unless another club is willing to pick up at least 60% of his salary. Seems like a good player to have in NSW Cup, ready to step into various backline positions in the event of injury. Back up fullback for example.
