Our club have had no vision of what sort of player was needed ....... That's why we are in the situation we are in now ........

Can agree to some extent , but Deano has been around the joint in some capacity and has been part of all the destruction over the years ........ If given the job I hope he does well and is not influenced by all the other mates and people still there telling him what he can't do or can do...
