Damn, Bird been a bit unimpressive in NSW cup whereas Marshke has been solid and has played well when given a chance in first grade. Just looked it up too and Bird hasn't been an NRL half since round 7 of 2022 whereas 5/8 is Marshke's position.

Anyone know who will be flanno's replacement? Marschke?

I'm hearing rumours about the potential signing of a young 18-year-old hooker Jaxon Allen out of the Roosters juniors. Maybe a replacement for Damien Cook once he eventually retires? Would love to know everyone's thoughts on this move from Flanno.

Agree, thought it was a gutsy effort, especially in the air. Just needs to get better at reading the defense- attitude is there but his positioning was pretty shocking at times.

Think biggest issue yesterday was not using Lomax's edge. I know the roosters are strong out that way but seriously, Lomax barely got the ball out wide and only got one real chance at kick chase when he's the best aerial wingers in the comp. All the best teams use that option on 5th tackle...
