Definitely played a year too long. He was one of their worst today.

He didn't run hard or through the line on most occasions it was just a linking pass game.

Hmm. WE missed the big dudes impact today. Without him this is a rather small pack, but an agile one. Nick T, not mentioned in the post mortem, put in tons of work with his fearless tackling and carries. That is the kinda workload I'd like to see Jake H produce every game. But what the man with tree trunk legs does is all quality.

Jack simply looked disinterested. Never did in all the yrs he played for us wearing his badge of honor, a Red V jumper. Jd he has not played a yr too long, that point he made clear in an interview I read, saying he was shattered not being offered a swan song year as he was fit and keen to play it then retire as a one club man.

Haven’t seen any full matches of flegg, any update on how Daniel Meafou has played?

Ive always been high on him and think he could be great pending fitness

Ditto. Daniel has earned a promotion to Ressies on the back of his exceptional Flegg form at lock, their best forward by a country mile. Defense is often and brutal while his powerful and skillful carries gives the team much needed go forward. Both skills learned no doubt at his R Yawnion school and the Waratahs Academy. The guy is certainly Firsts- bound in a yr or two. BOD it was an astute buy to bring both Dan and his brother here then extending Creighton and making Daniel a T & T. But he too needs extending as we dont want him poached like Latu. Imho Daniel has more promise than that traitor.
