Just our luck, we get the other team not bothering the Origin selectors. After that disgraceful display yesterday, I can't see us winning. Maybe if we swap the entire 1~7 with the NSW Cup 1~7, we will have a chance.

Poor old Gutho. He's had a great career and was good for us for the first half season his bung knee and speed of the game hasn't done him any good. I laid off Kyle because he was getting more than enough hate but he was embarrassing yesterday. Feagai had his customary defensive miss but worth sticking with at centre for now, IMO. I feel for Val in attack. He's getting multiple hospital passes a game but that is no excuse for his defence. Has he been told he won't be extended and is no longer trying?

Apart form that last mistake, the wingers weren't bad yesterday. Very far from "good" but not our main problem yesterday.

Deano, what is it with you and Jake H? Surely he should get minutes before Gular and Kerr. At this point, what is there to lose? Gular is going and I bet DA wishes he could ship Kerr off as well.

Just how fast is Tyrell? Even with ball in hand it looked like the noted speedstar Xaviar Savage wasn't making up any ground when Tyrell ran away for that try.

Doesn't matter what changes we make with Young as coach it will be the sane result.

3 wins from 15 as an NRL coach @ 20% success.

Get ready for more years of pain if he is given the job fulltime.

It would be nice if we kicked early for Sloan & Holmes to use their speed to chase. Also take the 2 when available, our attack is dog shit. Take the points when it's gifted, I guess Holmes could butcher the goal kicking again. Play the numbers game in attack, from a scrum go to the outnumber rather than the dog shit we put up.

He is a complete tool.

His ineptitude as a coach is getting simply glossed over just because we have shown marginal improvement since he took over, and because we were expected to run dead last regardless.

While he knows what to say, his actions obviously don't line up. He's also said some stuff that shows me that he typifies the pigheadedness and arrogance that has plagued our club for years.

There were some pretty clear common-sense decisions he could've made around team selections, bench use etc. but he chose to do the opposite.

Also, the way he stuffed Halangahu around last weekend was inexcusable.

They gave him a chance which was the right thing to do. But now we can all see the truth. Even he should acknowledge he needs to put in more work as an assistant before even thinking about becoming a head coach.
