The Club will be weary of blooding too many pathways in regard to bonuses, contract clauses etc affecting next years caps.

Wasn't a blemish. Ref should've penalised the Dolphins player and put him on report.

the salary cap thing is real but i reckon theyre more keen to see how the young guys actually go before deciding whos staying next year. blooding a few in the last stretch isnt that risky if it helps them figure out whos worth keeping

Would've preferred Nick T in for Kerr even if he probably lacks a bit of fitness due to recent injuries.

If Luc was in the 2nd row, Ryan in Gulers spot and Hamish lock with Lids/Jake/Guler/Webster on the bench i would have thought - yep .. thats about right.

At this point I don’t mind it, get him used to defending on an edge if he has to shift out there I. Future from injury during a game etc.
He’s definitely a 13 though, that ball he gave to put the lethargic Kerr through a hole last week was an absolute SEED
