Damn, Bird been a bit unimpressive in NSW cup whereas Marshke has been solid and has played well when given a chance in first grade. Just looked it up too and Bird hasn't been an NRL half since round 7 of 2022 whereas 5/8 is Marshke's position.

I guess the fact Marshke has been out for a while cost him. Needs to come back via NSW Cup.

Only a cork. Unless it's a bad one, I guess he'll be fine for the Charity Shield. Would like to see him stay on for the whole game. No need to play Rava. We all know what he does well and what he doesn't. Ditto for Feagai. I hope Flanno at least starts with Finau and Lawson on the wings.

100% he is a real unknown quantity, and with the loss of Marshke & Brown.. LKT is really it for our halves depth in 2025 (im not counting Glover who I think is a seat warmer for nsw cup).. I thought we would have signed someone.. but I think we are going to run the gauntlet and try and make do (knowing that Atkinson is coming in 26).. hence our last prioritises have been forwards.

Rly keen to see if LKT has progressed since end of 2024.. he also hasnt signed a contract extension yet... same as Latu.
