I hope it's not the worst case but if it is, not the wrost time for it to happen. Do fitness and strength work all off season and then be ready to do contact work in time for round 1 or the early rounds.

Spoke to Jesse after the game, it does sound more like MCL.
He's very disappointed, he has also signed up with Roger Fabri for sprint training that he will now miss.
