If there's one thing Flanno won't put up with, it's criticism of KF. He denied Hunt multiple release requests until Hunt made took a veiled swipe at KF.

I very much doubt it's true but could see Flanno taking CT aside and telling him he is under pressure to retain a wing spot ion the afternoon. That night CT is having drinks, he has a few too many and blurts out what other squad members are (still) saying. Not specifically about Ilias but about what Danny Weilder reported on last year.
Seems no one really believed it. If it was Stewart or Gutho or Holmes, I could believe it. But CT himself is hardly a lock for first grade. Makes no sense at all for him to say it.

This is my problem with the situation. All this is doing is continuing to pile pressure on coach and son. How can they expected to perform under such pressure? Why can't Flanno come out and say, "Many positions are yet to be decided on for the start of next season including the halves"? All pressure, or at least 90% released on coach and son.
