Look I went from being excited in the off season, the recruiting of KK, the hype around Atkinson, being as fit as god knows since when. But in the last month or so its been bad news after bad news and now I'm nearly as depressed as I was at the end of last season. And now the Loko thing, ffs if we get embarrassed in Vegas that will really piss me off. All I heard today on the radio was about the shit show the Dragons put up in the CS against a ressies side. I can tell you now there is a lot of focus on this team in the Gong area, by the media and a lot of fans. General consensus is everyone is sick and tired of the excuses every year, point being made was the Dragons had the worst decline in crowd numbers for the year, god help us if we are 0-6 or 1-5.
The best thing this team can do is win and be consistent at it, not win one week and get flogged the next. My gut feel is we are a very real chance of being 0-3 and from then on it will be pressure city. So I'm hoping we can put on a good display in Vegas and quell a lot of this crap, anything else and there will be some questions to answer.

Just watched Flanno on TV, he got asked why LOKO isnt going, he said not everyone can make it and those players will get their chance early in the season. He also said he has practically 14 players locked in for the game. If you can always believe what Flanno says.

A shotout for the wing spots 4 into 2 and at a guess the 14 jumper.

Weeks? I've traveled to Europe multiple times. Never to North or South America. In regard to Europe, it takes 3~4 days to get over the jet lag and it's not as if jet lag is a severe case of Covid. It's not like it really knocks you around. Just makes you sleepy much earlier than usual for 3~4 days.

Messes around with your biological clock it causes fatigue, insomnia and eating issues. Saps your energy levels, thats what I remember

How disruptive will Lokos training be here the only member of the Top 30 training with 5 Supplementary players, no coaches and limited staff...

Not just Loko, any of the youngsters some people were talking about, like Nick T, better to stay home and train. Loko can train with Cup not on his own. And play with them on the Saturday.

Not sure why the 18th man comment? They had to take those players over, no choice. Good on ‘em for playing cup. Not the ideal preparation for them though.

Anyway I respect your opinion, we can agree to disagree.

Agree, but on occasions there have been more Dragon supporters than Roosters, unfortunately now I think it comes down to they are a really good team and we are crap.I can tell you its embarrassing holding a Dragons flag at the game.

Last year especially but the young Roosters supporters didn't get too rowdy at me as I sulked out of the stadium. May have to do with me wearing my dads war medals.

I believe we can pull off an upset if Burton is out, I believe Kiraz is also in doubt and Thompson will be a big loss for their go forward.

Mind you they were pretty impressive against the possible wooden spoon club the Knights.

Could it be some personal animosity between Flanno and LPT? We know there is some between Flanno and Latu and as far as I'm aware, Latu and LPT were/are good friends.
