Jd his Vegas debut was good then he fell off a cliff, now probably after some tuff words from the a/c he is finally playing consistent mistake free footy, thus the upgrade. If we cant pick up this powerful strike centre/wingman we are after for next season, then Tu will make a useful replacement until we can imo. Still prefer both Te Moananui or Heidke for FG over him but they need to be back playing to be promoted. Couple of others I'd not rule out are Fale and Rumble with both playing good ressies footy.

If Stewart returns to the middle rotation we are going to struggle to find minutes for Keaon, 2x couchman, LPT, Stewart etc. probably not the worst thing that everyone doesn’t have to play huge minutes every week and can work on a rotation to keep them rested throughout the year. Either way it’s a good problem to have.

most of the rest of the 27 spots I think are a hooker (or 2) and outside backs... guess it does depend if we can offload Suli/Gutho/Kyle also.

Assume Webster would be on minimum wage, he provides more value than Lawrie & Sele so I think its great business
