I'm so sick of this.
  1. In the first half Sloan made a strong run, fell on his front got up for a quick play the ball, was pulled back down and no 6 again.
  2. Sharks player knocked on for your life. Ruled knocked back.
  3. Holmes taken out in a try scoring situation, no sin binning.

he has something in attack that we havent had in our backs for yonks.. the ability to beat a tackle and power out.. its not asking a lot from ur winger.. but we havent had it.. but his errors arent something you can work with if he cant fix it up.. whether he can at this age I dunno.. be nice to have some options for 2027.

Sloan also... jesus hes actually turning into an NRL winger.. several times tonight he goes and actually tries to beat someone.. like.. actually he means it.. and he did.. so frustrating to have spent so many years working on him.. that said.. for 500k there are other options comparable.. just frustrated its only now we are seeing it... he looks a bit more solid too around the thighs and stuff.

Toby Rumble I think can be a 1st grade winger for us, but like hes prob 2yrs away from being a 'genuine' first grader.. thats a fair way away.. maybe a big pre-season and injury cover for next year...

Wow Liddle played the whole game, great win and maybe a good start leading into next year, we now know we can match it with just about anyone. Imagine what happens when we get the halves we are going to get. I was happy with ours today LKT did well, good onya young fella !!!

we had atleast 3 similar tackles that we got nothing for.. we just got up and got on with it..

thought there were a few top4 team decisions going on.. that no knock-on call on their winger was outrageous also.. but anyway very gutsy.. they were flat and we capitilised at home...

obviously enjoy the moment but I dunno if we can get up like that again 2 weeks in a row against a fresh tigers off the bye.. like efforts like that rarely get backed up by any team.. but.. lets sing the song and we will go in confident..

bit gutted for feagai that looked proper painful.. luckily we had Tu on the bench of we prob dont win tonight.. and he can play next week ofcourse.

Webster looked solid on debut.. 32mins 43m from 5 runs.. 30 tackles.. good debut.

God knows why it took Young so long to pick LKT and get rid of Kerr. But anyway, better late than never and the season was already gone anyway. We all know why Shane didn't pick LKT. Egan bounced back today. Webster, yet another young forward! How many do we have? I have a feeling if Young picks Nick Tsougranis to play in the second row we are going to have another one. Seriously, we need to trade 1 to a club which has surplus centres and wingers.

In the backs, Sloan and Holmes had their best games I can remember. I thought Gutho had a really good game.

Actually, we beat the team in 3rd place who have been the form team of the competition over the last 2 months. The whole team played well. Even Kyle was adequate. For the first time.
