hmm TK was @ fullback when he did his ACL, hes very slow to turn.. but hes a bigger body.. not sure hes gonna be able to assist the halves either.. that is 3 or even 4 of the spine out actually if you include Fagalilo.

ultimately Burton @fullback, TK into ctrs.. i prob prefer that.. dont like TK at the back... as I watch Tom miss an easy ctr tackle there.

Unfortunately Mug Fan was right. No late inclusion for Hodges in particular. Lets see if Burton can tear apart those Grubs from fullback while Heidke dominates them out wide while the halves can just be solid, make the right decisions with minimal mistakes.

20mins in and weve had all the ball.. but only 0-4 up and not rly looked like scoring more hitups.. dogs defending well.. their #2 has belted us a few times in defence...

i reckon our fitness will be far superior esp in hot conditions and with this start.. but we have to convert it eventually or we are leaving the door open.

ref has rly switched over to the dogs.. that was a clear tackle in the air on their line.. followed by a 6again for i cannot see what on the 4th tackle afterwards.. dogs r in for a 3rd try.. ffs.. we were all over them but now i cant c where our points r gonna come from.

Kirk is way too slow unfortunately for an OB... Cornelius struggling a bit also which surprises me.. I thought we would be totally up for this.. but its just everything.. few times a loose ball on the ground and we dont get there.. just a bit slow.. only rly Burton has acceleration.. rly missing Hodges also as a line threat..

Looks like losing most of the spine along with one of the best forwards and try scoring machine winger just in time for the finals was a bridge too far. Disappointing but looking forward to see what those along with Heidke, Burton and others can do next year.
