Well done Dragons, another 40 point smashing, which was done at will. A highly embarrassing way to finish the season, weak pathetic and devoid of any courage needed to wear that jumper. To anyone who thinks this year has gone well because of our juniors, think again, what have they learnt except how to get toweled up big time, welcome to the Dragons way boys, enjoy your holiday and think about the good times, see you JDB thanks for everything mate, you would be glad to leave this rabble. There better be a cleanout of this place happening very soon, f$#king disgusting. Famous last words "we have to finish the year with respect" laughable !!!!

Other than me, it looks like Justadragon is the only one to call a spade a spade. Been a terrible season. The worst since the first year of JDB being stood down. TBH, glad it's over and now we can see what Anderson and others are going to do about it.

My honest opinion is that the 2 seasons Flanno has coached for us the roster wasn’t top 8 standard
He’s done ok but lots of his signings have been pretty ordinary and if we are being honest the only ‘marquee’ players we’ve signed are ones that other clubs have pushed away and didn’t want at the club anymore (I think Val’s a great signing, Cook on 600k and Gutho 800k for 3 years looks suss, don’t get me started on Luciano)
There is more stability with Watsford and Anderson in there roles so there is some excitement for next season coupled with the young guys back into the 17
I’ve got concerns about the playing style, losing the field position battle and the retreating defence isn’t a way to win consistently
Anyway, a very disappointing season as a whole mixed in with some rays of light with the young guys
Hoping for a real revival under Flanno but anyone that just claps and says we were hard done by with injuries as the sole reason we lost games then they’ve got their head in the sand. That’s just surface level analysis
onto 2026

mate, well done, if people want to run around with red and white glasses, good, it has been embarrassing supporting this club for the last 15 years and live in that dreamworld. Every year we get told about how good the next year is going to be, we'll I'm still waiting. There needs to be some massive changes at this club.

Yep I feel Flanno has done pretty well with what i think is night and day a spoon roster.. granted some of those recruits are his own fault, considering guys like Tamale, SFinau, Latu.. the fascination with CT etc.. I think he needs to evolve, and I think he needs Andos (and a good GMs) help with that... maybe even a clever assistant too.
But I think the club really woke up this year, finally realising there should be 5-6 great brains in and around Flanno if we want to compete in the crazy elite recruitment game. Ando is the big one.. if he can start to get a few names over the line.. names we havent even looked like attracting.. everything changes.. but still waiting to see them tbf.
But yes the upside is all the young forwards got plenty of game time.. not happy about the no Jack thing, but Klemmer will help, he wasnt mentioned today as leaving so that must be a good sign.
But we desperately need 2 rly good signings before 2026.. even if they were 2027 we could tread water 1 more year.. as long as we can get some momentum building, and perhaps attract more players off the back.

My god. The delusion is out of control.
I swear, this POS who is treating the Dragons like it's his personal family business is going to start Kyle at halfback next season. And you know, if Kyle is just "ok" in the first game against one of the worst teams, he'll be halfback for the remainder of the season.
Dolphins and Souffs have both had worse injury tolls but both finished higher on the table.

JDB is anything but a dumb footballer. How many mistakes does he make? Any at all? How many times can you say clearly he took the wrong option?

He’s always good for a dumb penalty, especially a cannon ball tackle & has a habit of turning his back to the opposition when getting back in the defensive line.
