Our Recruitment is quite baffling really. I'd love to hear from Anderson one day in say the New Year as to why we have signed such and such or why we didn't sign such and such or why we didn't sign anyone.

I'm disappointed to read that report from Zero Tackle (if true) Dave. Even if the club is interested in signing other good players, why would they not leave their options open? Or even better still, negotiate on multiple fronts, giving them a second-best case scenario if their preferred option falls through.

Previously I would have put it down to incompetence or head coaches out of their depth. But Daniel Anderson knows his stuff. The report is false or there is a good reason for it.

It could be that Anderson is looking at either Liam Henry or Lindsay Smith from the Panthers. I would prefer Smith. I still wish that we can get a prop forward with real mongrel in him - but not one that draws penalties against him. NAS would have been good because of his mongrel but if Bellamy doesn't want him then we should not take him.
LPT one day will be a regular first grader. He has to develop a killer instinct and so too a couple of other youngsters. We need these players to show some authority in the middle to gain territory out of our red zone and of course to off load passes to our backs.
We cannot afford to muck around in this comp. Get the best we can and train them hard and tough and become totally resilient.

I am sure that Klemmer will be signed for another year but he needs a tough hombre to help him with the yardage gains and tackle efficiency and he will excel in my opinion.

I reckon LPT is going to be a very good prop from next year. Though I agree he needs some angry pills. Or it will likely come naturally as he gets more used to first grade.
He can play both but is mainly an organising half with a very good long kicking game

Want speed on the wings? It definitely won't be Alofina Khan-Pereira from Gold Coast who has been signed by Warriors. Not a big deal but would still like to know who the Dragons are looking to sign.
