I think you are being a bit tough Morgan. I’d rate BH as a good player. He did play twenty games for Queensland and several for Australia, albeit mostly at hooker.

He was a good 9 George but a terrible 7, couldn't kick a field goal(not for us anyway), couldn't manage a game, couldn't change momentum of any game and best of all he couldn't get us out of any hole we were in. But he loved getting paid as a 7.

No he wasnt George. We forked out that insane salary for him to lead us round the field, win us close games and to inspire his players. A seeing eye dog wud've done a better job as a footy team organizer.

Considering the reputational damage BH caused our club and the clear lack of loyalty he demonstrated, I fully understand why many supporters feel the way they do about him as a player.

And whilst we are at it , this is a game that in particular both Gutho and Buchanan would want to forget in a hurry, lets also include the rest of the side. I will have concerns for Buchanan at center with his size, but apparently he has beefed up in the off season , we shall see.

The problem I have with it all is he will be on record as being a Dragons Club Captain alongside with the great Norm Provan an immortal, absolutely disgusting !!!

That whole period Justadragon felt like SGI’s decade of shame. One bad decision after another. Having him listed alongside Norm Provan as a club captain really shows how far standards had slipped. The positive is that it finally feels like we are re‑emerging and could become a leading club again within the next couple of years.

WE did extend Liddle for three seasons, correct? Yet Carayannis says his contract expires end of this season. Prob a typo or he has messed up on his homework. Reckon Liddle has also earned a start over Cook.

- Lawrie (He's as good as gone. I think Flanno has been trying to get rid of him for a year already. No takers.)

- Emre (With KK coming, he's gone.)
- Sele (Too injury prone. Gone.)
- Leilua (Even if he has a really good year, can't see him staying. Been overpaid and under-performing since day 1.)
- Feagai (His brother retired. I see same thing. Rava just couldn't read the play. When to come in or out but when he chose right, he didn't miss. Feagai can't read the play or make the tackle when he chooses right.)
- Cook (He'll probably retire.)

- Lawson (He's good in reserve grade but so far, failed badly in first grade.)

Didn't Max Feagai, Matt's brother, just sign a 2 year deal from 2026 with the Titans. I don't think he has retired.
