Supposedly we are meeting with Xerri today, so I'm not sure if the Storm deal is 'done'.. maybe its as good as done..

The Taulagi one I dont love love, because thats another pure winger on the books who cant cover ctr or fullback but no doubt that would give us 2 gun wingers next year and force Val to stay at ctr. If Suli does sign elsewhere though (last rumour was the sharks), we're gonna need to replace him.

If Xerri signs with Storm, wonder if Parra go in for Suli and we go for Howarth?, or does Howarth end up at Parra..

Thats what i thought, but I dont think they want to move the deck chairs like that... i.e. I think they are really grooming him to stay and get gud @ 6.. otherwise there have been a few weeks where Gutho was not training and unlikely to play.. and they were basically ready to play TPH in 1st grade before moving Atkinson. And we have LKT who can cover 6.. but its very disruptive..

I think we need more fast athletic actual OB's ready to handle 1-5, particularly if its true that Gutho is retiring end of season, which has definitely not been confirmed...

I hear some ppl saying hes rubbish but certainly in form hes close to origin calibre I would have thought.. certainly considerably better than Suli who would be on 600k I imagine.

I also hope that Ando is up to date with pricing moving forward with the salary cap changes.. I am sure he is.. but the money we are used too hearing about as fans is changing for sure..
