I doubt Tigers win another game. GC might beat Shonkies this round after our young pack bashed them up a couple of weeks ago.

The Tigers have beaten the Roosters twice in a row - Round 18 last year 30-28 and tonight 25-24 - obviously close scores. I'm amazed that the Tigers v Roosters is only a one match a year job.

As far as I am concerned, it is good to see that Jai Arrow, who is suffering from Motor Neurone Disease, has been given the green light by the NRL and the RLPA to make two brief appearances in the last two Bunnies games of the season to enable Jai to reach the 100 game milestone playing with Souths. He will lead the team out against the Titans and the Roosters and take the field for the opening kick offs before being immediately substituted off in the opening seconds of each match. To accommodate this moving tribute, the NRL granted Souths permission to name an extra player on their bench and use an additional interchange.
Good work by Souths and those who gave permission for this to happen. I am expecting that this tribute for Jai will be watched by many thousands at the grounds and on TV.

You would have to say the Donkeys season has been far worse than the Dragons.
I would guess they have a lot of young players coming through every year but they extended Hunt and signed mid 30s Dane Gagai. Early bet for the spoon next year?
I also liked Hunt pouring fuel on the fire during the week by weighing in on the Reynolds situation. That coach McGuire seems like a real f*uckwit. Good for short term success like Origin or in his first year at a club but seems dudes can't put up with him for more than a year.

Even last year, they just went on a run at the right time of the season. Though I'm sure about the Dragons coach either. Seems to get along with the playing group, which is good but I hope it's not as a result of going easy on them.

Have to give credit to the Knights today and played 67min with a man down. Meanwhile we have Jett Cleary on debut getting 4 try assists in this game whilst our illustrious KF has 7 for the season. I'm getting angrier the closer we get to finals and what we have to go through again.

Has JDB been dropped or is he injured? Either way, Parra won't pick up the option to have him play another year. Should've accepted Dragons offer for one more year. Instead of tarnishing himself to play reserve grade for Parra.

Holbrook by a factor of 10 for me.. wooden spooners have been probably the most consistent side all season.. even with key injuries they just compete.. they were the only squad I thought could be compared to ours...
And the Volkman thing sux, rly good kid cant believe Eels were looking elsewhere.. can play 7 also.. rly should have ended up here.. even if it was 12mths after we tried to sign him (that situation was on whoever did the lieing about his medical issues..).. but that relationship is stuffed now.. annoying we ended up with Atko and LKT and neither probably make it as longterm 6's.. Volkman is asking f*** all for a proper 1st grade half.. huge coup for Eels if they can get him.
Could we take Joash Papalii off their hands to make room? We need someone who can cover ctr and fullback.. I think thats him? I havent watched him much tbh though..

Pretty sure Parra have already told JDB that he won’t be there in 2027 and he’s ruled out SL. Looks like Jack is done, can’t see anyone else picking him up

Yes, great individual try. Would have been the perfect 5/8th for us. Too bad that we didn't persist with him. He will be on the market as the Eels have opted to sign Luai for a year. He cannot fit in with us now. He either goes to Super league or could end up ....
