KF did nothing plus his goal kicking was useless same as the others who tried - Campbell and Moses. Shane will say, "if Walters used him as the 6 then Kyle must be good
and that is why I will keep him at 6 next year".

Extension or no extension, if we start losing games early , Flanno will be under enormous pressure, there is already tension between him and Watsford about who plays in the halves. If we are 0 and 3 next year it will be dead man walking.

I know what he said but I continue to believe Atkinson will be halfback and LKT 5/8. I think he was right to criticise LKT. Call it "tough love". The only problem I have with it is that there should be a few more to cop it.

Ilias signed a two-year deal ahead of the 2025 season, but he was dropped to NSW Cup after Round 8, with Kyle Flanagan the preferred No.7 to close out the year. The talented playmaker was one of the stand-out performers in reserve grade, but failed to notch up another NRL appearance after he was exiled.
With veteran Kieran Foran retiring, Josh Hannay is reportedly looking to bolster his halves stocks. As it stands, AJ Brimson and Jayden Campbell are the club’s only two recognised playmakers, with Tom Weaver departing the club at the end of the 2025 season. Ilias is set to provide another halfback option for the Titans, who have struggled to lock down their pairing in recent years.

I get the point DC, but if KF wasn't there would Flanno's comments on Illias be justified ? I see another article today about Pezet going to Parra for a year and no way were the Dragons going to get him in any way shape or form because of the I'll treatment of Illias. It's about time I reckon that the Dragons come out and say exactly why Illias couldn't force his way back into the NRL, because he was pathetic !!! And in all of this I see Souths are keeping a low profile, no mention of why they were so keen to let him go. I dont hate the kid , he's done nothing wrong, he just ain't got it or he aint got it for us, all the best to him at the GC. He got torn a new one by Boyd in the GF, I've seen him play live a couple of times and apart from maybe one game the only thing making him look good was Glover. Anasta can go and F$#K himself !!
