The take away from your piece is that if Dean has the troubled season, BA should be in the final round of interviews.

People always value consistency in points, but circumstances, times and people change.

Back to the game for balance as well, the easy meters were hard to cop. They were allowed too much momentum and that takes tight and determined defence. But it needs to be consistent.

When you’ve got a less glamorous squad, you need more mobility in effective defence and discipline. That’s your only hope of staying in the contest against blue chip. Once again, you hit the rorters on their upswing. They were well prepared and fine tuned.

9 min into the game, Suli makes a half break down the right ... from the play the ball we shift quick twice to Kerr who runs an out line into space and hits the line with an arm free and absolutely zero players with him ... he spins waits then offloads to a late arriving Luc but the pass is intercepted by them.

Question - If Egan is in the team is he in a position to take the offload at impact? He seems to have more footy IQ than others in the team. An absolutely wasted opportuntity because people were not in the right position.

I think the butt ugly defensive grind from factory and below..it was supposed to be a Flanno hallmark.

Need footy iq and speed, gutho has one but not the other ditto with sloan. Dunno about Egan speed but he's willing and athletic. He defs has the footy iq

Preferably, drunken louts who are cheating on their partner.

They reward a player for catching a ball, where as we expect it.

The number of potential rugby league players they’ve taken out is a national disgrace.
