22 named Lids Lawson and Egan injured making Loko the only player not named.
My early tip is he'll end up at the Dogs.

Thats sad I know he has a little way to go but I thought he was going to make it eventually with us and had visions of him an KK starting next season. Thats a little disappointing

Also very surprised with Lawrie over LPT, not sure what's going on there, Blake is a little faster with weight loss but still cannot bend the line, just falls to the ground and doesn't provide anything extra. LPT is young yes, but has good go forward and this would be great experience if the club wants him . ???

Another body blow. Latu now him. ..... we now have to put faith in D.Anderson, he said once his forte is fnding props and halves.
He mentioned Reed and a young Roosters player i think Rodwell as the best halves he had seen over the last couple of years.

We aren't letting him go, but I suspect he will not extend with us and is looking to test his worth come Nov.
I thnk the club could of shown some faith and booked him on the plane too.

Hmmm. The plot thickens. I would have liked to have seen LPT and Nick in the list. We will know why they weren't one day?

It makes more sense taking Loko than Egan. Atleast loko can partake in training properly. Or do what the dogs did and pay for a couple of extra players to travel.
Very surprised to see Loko miss out, especially since he came back from preseason training in great shape (according to flanno).

Sorry misunderstood thought you believed he would go to the Dogs. I've liked the look of this kid for some years. I agree with you, the club should have had him on that plane.
He keeps growing and I liked his offload in trial 1 against the Knights shows me he is thinking about his personal development, thats what you love to see as a coach. As I said what a formidable bookend he and KK could have been come 2027.

If that is the case it frees up a supplementary deal ... Heidke? Coutts? Haele?
Or will we hold off for a bit to see what happens with Lids and a bench hooker?

Its hard enough for us to attract very good players let alone losing talented young players with difference, like Latu, Loko and Tamale. To lose them as they are about to hit their straps is not good club management. Bulldogs and Raiders over us? ....... we seem only able to keep the really home grown youngsters like Hamish, Dylan, Nick and Reed.

Im sure that this particular recruitment and retention team headed up by Anderson will do their very best to keep those players that we can whilst looking to the future and staying under the salary cap
