What a pleasure to be able to watch the Panthers rip a new one for the Rorters. That would have to be the best 40 minutes by a football team in a finals match that I have seen in a very long time. My expectations is a Panthers v Storm 2024 GF.

For one reason or another, I just don't really care this year. I wish NQ or Newcastle would make a charge but realistically, is anyone going to beat Penrith or Melbourne except Penrith or Melbourne?

Was thinking excactly the same thing. Wasn't able to watch the game but was following scores online. With 8 min to go I was really worried. Then I was refreshing the phone every 20sec until fulltime.

It's probably not really called for these days. Saab and Garrick for example while I don't think the Dogs have any Dragons juniors. But still glad they lost.

It was easy money last week picked 4 out of 4, no real surprises there for those who know my clinical analysis of games. So carrying that form forward there is very little doubt that both the Sharks and the Roosters will put the cleaners through the Cowboys and the Sea Eagles comfortable wins for both. Looking forward to the GF Panthers v Storm as well.

You know me so well. It helps when you win the local clubs footy tipping competition for now 3 yrs in a row collecting a cool $3,600 plus Ladbrokes hate me. Yes I just booked my next 2 cruises for next year this week and deposit paid for. Love my footy and horses but I don't win every week.

Does anyone think that the penalty try was questionable? I thought it was fair, Trindall was closest to the ball and no doubt would have got there before Deardon.

I thought he was committed to the tackle and there were a lot of things which could have happened to prevent a try including the Cowboys player being further away but already at full speed while the Shonkies player wasn't at a standing start but just on the move.
