Seems Toby has joined Ryan in rehab and we can look forward to his return next year.
Has this been posted by the club, last I heard they were managing it until off season.

Does that means he'll be back this season but will go under the knife and get it fixed properly in the off season? Sounds ok if that's the case. Not too serious and will be back for round 1 next year.Has this been posted by the club, last I heard they were managing it until off season.
There's rfm and molo too. It should be Nick t imo.Su'A has a MCL injury is out for the season. I don't think Flanno will have any option but to play Nick T now and Halangahu might also come under serious consideration.
Is Couchman a chance? Though if it's any risk, I'd prefer he sat out the rest of the season and started looking to next year. Hopefully both can add about another 5kg even if it means sacrificing a bit of stamina. There's rfm and molo too. It should be Nick t imo.
So sorry to see Su'A now injured and out for the season. We have so many out now its not funny and I'm sure that there are others feeling sore, sorry and bruised and some carrying some small injuries but soldiering on the best they can.Su'A has a MCL injury is out for the season. Judging by yesterdays reserve grade game, the young forwards won't be stepping up anytime soon. A lot is going to depend on Egan and the Couchmans. And makes it all the stranger how JDB wasn't offered an extension. So sorry to see Su'A now injured and out for the season. What gets me and Ive mentioned either on here or elsewhere that for injuries that were sustained due to foul play by Karl Lawton doing a hip drop tackle and causing injury to Su'A's knee that while the offending player gets penalised and put on report, he might get a fine for first offence and play next week and Su'A gone for the year. There is no justice here. The offending player should serve a suspension for a considerable time in my opinion commensurate to the time Su'A is out.
Any fool can see that not having JDB in the team will be a mistake. Here we are wanting players to bleed red and white and someone like JDB has litres of it in his veins. He is what our defence coach needs to help the other players - he could be a "coach" for the coach and then hang up his boots in a couple of years time and become an assistant coach in defence for us. Now he will spend a couple of years at the Eels instead and teach that Club's youngsters what he knows best and will be laughing at us.Judging by yesterdays reserve grade game, the young forwards won't be stepping up anytime soon. Anderson cant do it on his own Dave.Any fool can see that not having JDB in the team will be a mistake. I think the Club is hoping too much on the youngsters turning our fortunes around and yes, going by the results of yesterday's game in the KOE Cup v Newtown, we have problems. The Couchman bros and Egan, will be back same with our backs, Lawson, Holmes and Finau. But, we need a good few more to rattle the opposition into submission. Will Daniel Anderson be of help in this regard?
Anderson is a good start. Centre of excellence will also be good.Anderson cant do it on his own Dave.
Understood Justa. We will have to wait and see what "drawing power" he has.Anderson cant do it on his own Dave.
I dont think he would go there again Dave it would be a lifetime banUnderstood Justa. We will have to wait and see what "drawing power" he has.
Just looking at the Bulldogs v Manly game, another dislocated shoulder injury - this time to Olakau'atu. But I am wondering that when I see Bronson Xerri on the field - has he been tested regularly for any performance enhancing drugs lately? Seems like he is full of energy.
I know a lot of people will say too early but maybe Kade Reed needs to be fast tracked. Select him in reserve grade on Tuesday and if he goes ok, play him on the trails next year with an eye to first grade in round 1. He likely won't be the youngest player in first grade. The reality is we will have the same coach and coaching staff in 2026. The only meaningful addition is a 5/8 Atkinson apart from that we will be relying upon our youngsters coming good next season.
The nucleus of the team will be the same, the same spine apart from Atkinson . We so desperately need the new Recruitment Manager to entice or find a decent big bodied prop and just as important a decent experienced 7.
The question is of course who is going to be enticed over and how much do we have to pay. In my view we will have to pay overs for both. Time will tell.
I think he played in the trails this year as well.I know a lot of people will say too early but maybe Kade Reed needs to be fast tracked. I also remember a couple of weeks ago when JF got rolled and our forwards got hammered Reed got caught out badly making numerous errors. Whilst I think he can make it, I would be loathe throwing him into the NRL unless we get our forwards sorted firstI know a lot of people will say too early but maybe Kade Reed needs to be fast tracked.
