Gonna have to watch flegg later on replay, can see we lost it late though.. bugger if it was saifiti errors.. such a rocks and diamonds character.

Heidke on the NSW Cup bench as RedV mentioned, I would have started him but so be it.. no Lawson again either.. he must be playing next weekend surely, bloke has missed 2 or 3 weeks straight of footy.

Read someone is chasing Glover, Tigers I think. And have those Grubs grabbed Galvin too, jeeze they get all the good players and we cant snare even one.

Not sure whats gonna happen, but I dont see Sexton or Smith being released early.. both teams are likely to play finals this year.

Ppl r saying Burton is playing fullback next year at the dogs.. so I guess Tracey gets released or plays reserves.. Taafe definitely gone.. dont think any of that helps us though...

Smith maybe we could go for, for 2026.

Your right but if the story is true there will have to be a reshuffle. Gus Gould like him or not is a very astute person when it comes to RL. If Galvin is released he will be in the run on team no butts about that.

NSW Cup First-Half Notes (10-24 Half-Time):
  • Strangely RFM and Lawson are out (assume for 1st grade next week), and they left Nick at ctr and put MMolo into 2nd row, with Heidke on the bench for his first cup game (he is a gun).... I think its a silly mistake.
  • Penalties and 6against early against us and unfortunately the prediction came true... its 2on2 and Nick gets burnt to a crisp by his opposite number.. its exactly why they have overdone this Nick filling in @ctr experiment.. honestly its silly stuff.. with RFM gone we easily have Halangahu/Nick as our 2 2nd rowers..no need for shinanigans.
  • Next set basically and Ramsey drops a pretty hot contested bomb and they crash over for a soft one pretty soon after.. 0-12.
  • Finally got the ball back and with a 6-again we drilled our way down the field and Sele kind of just walked over the line to score under the post.. carrying a few blokes.. sort try but we needed it after the raiders start. 6-12.
  • Adam Cook kick off is just too deep (well played Sele) and penalty from half way and we spread it wide.. Ilias shit pass makes Glover reach behind him but he reels it in and puts a beautiful long ball over Finau who charges thru 2 defenders to score out wide (10-12).
  • Little shout out to Buchanan, hes little but hes sort of finding a way to use his speed and footwork today, thats his 2nd half break.. like a good 10 post contatc metre type run.
  • Nearly had another on left edge, a sort of floater pass from Ilias to Rumble who I thought had spun his way into the corner but just went into touch.
  • Jonah put good kick pressure on and forced an error.. and attacking their line Rumble has bombed a 2nd try in the corner.. put it out on the touchline.. tbf hes on the wrong side of the field than he normally plays (he had 2 great diving putdowns last week on the right).. but missing 2 tries really hurts in a tough game.
  • After another near scoring opportunity.. they go the length.. we defend desperately to get back there and stop em but a nice kick and regather and they pull of a try 10-18.. bugger.
  • Probably a 25m run from NickT, 15PCM with an offload to Glover lol.. but we make an error off the back of it (or the ref said we did.. pretty sure it was fine).
  • Touchie has pulled us up again ffs, this time a forward pass which was fine.. they go in again off the back.. this is unfortunately.. its a good side with 2 gun halves, will need a rly strong 2nd half now. BMM is out there, still no Heidke. 10-24. Half-Time.. this is not a good score given we were the better side.

Need to open up the score 1st in this 2nd half otherwise the hill will become a mountain
