So if the story surrounding this whole sorry saga has any credibility in relation to Molo, failing to attend the end of season festivities and his excuse for doing so. Then I say that is not the kind of person that I want in my team especially if that player is considered a senior player. Just my views

It has to do with the finer points of salary cap management. I don't understand why but basically if the Dolphins pay us the 100k, it counts under our salary cap but if he pays the 100k, it's that much freed up from our salary cap. Dolphins trying to trick us. Glad the front office knows what's going on.

No incorrect, we advanced FMolo part of his salary which comes off our salary cap, we want him to pay it back, so we can put the money back into our salary cap and use it, If the Dolphins pay it, it is considered a transfer fee which doesnt do anything for our salary cap, means we are down $100k

I get the stance, especially given the lame nature of the 'offence' beiong claimed.. i.e. asking a senior player to attent a team event... and the stance has worked.. i.e. the next player manager giving his player the advice that he can just not turn up and claim mental health.. will very much think twice, he's done his reputation and his clients plenty of damage.
However it did cost us having Klemmer for the first 2 rounds.. and could have been 1-2 more wins.. so the cost ends up on us also.

If we somehow jag a win against storm it changes the narrative of our season completely and we go into the games against parra and titans expecting to win them and be 3-2

There is also the flip side of that to consider. Worst case scenario will mean Flanno can start preparing for next year. That's how bad last weeks loss was.
But is it a normal thing to for a club to advance someone money on their contract ? I think the club made a bad mistake doing that. If Frankie wanted a pool and he didn’t have the money up front then he goes into debt and pays it off by knuckling down and training hard and lifting the bar on the field. Plus I think Frankie thought he could get a release and not pay the money back.

Extended Egan tho. Fraid Flanno and my mind dont often correspond when it comes to rating footy players. Latu has more promise in his big toe than Egan has in his entire body. Just my opinion.
