I can pretty much guarantee you, DA won't be signing anyone who Flanno doesn't want. Yes, Flanno can concentrate on coaching and let DA do the job of recruitment and also go and scout juniors. DA does look like an astute signing. Kyle Stanley also looks to be doing a good job of scouting young talent.

Hi Frank

I think you mentioned the year 2011 in another post. The year that Bennett last won the comp was in 2010 and not 2011. 2011 was the last year that Bennett coached the Dragons and they finished in 5th place then losing in the qualifying and semi finals to Wests Tigers and Brisbane Broncos respectively.

Awesome effort. Sadly completely wasted on me. I was thinking Cronulla and Gold Coast were two clubs involved but that's as far as I got.

Volkman still @ parra for this year I believe....

If Ilias does go, im sure Braith will spin it as a 'homesick' situation.. but the reality is Campbell is their 7, its probably dawned on the titans @ training that Ilias is not the player many have assumed.. i.e. that he is some sort of reliable/steady first grade 7... hes just not that, his speed, his decision making, his execution, its all not even reserve grade standard.. but.. if you did have serious first grade injuries, he could fill in.. but not sure parra need that with 2 genuine 7's.. why would they want a 3rd.

Do you see Wests winning a comp with Bula at fullback? I don't see Bula as the fullback who is going to win Wests or us us comp. I certainly don't see him as a million dollar a season player.
I will add that Wests are overpaying Luai to the max. He is on 1.2 mil a year. I think he is only worth about 800K a year. I don't see Wests winning a comp with Luai on 1.2 mil a year and Bulla on 900K a year. They will be lucky to make the top 8. I think Terrell May is one of the better props in the game and his brother may develop into one of the better centres in the game over the next couple of years.

To anyone who thinks I am taking the conversation of thread topic. I am replying to Dragons Chris and talking football. I will also add that I respect everyone to have their say and express their opinion, even if I don't agree with it.
