Should be a no-brainer. No use at all having him on that much money playing reserve grade or sitting on the bench for first grade just in case there is an injury or two.

Absolute twaddle. The guy was averaging 150m before Young dumped him to the bench. How valuable would it have been to have him on the field for us against the Sharks with these kinda numbers, played full mins ,scored a try, 18 runs for 199m, two line breaks, a line break assist, seven tackle breaks, four offloads and did not miss a single tackle. He gave the Jets defense problems all afternoon.

How was he doing in the 2 years before this and how much money is he on? On form he should be in the team but I'd guess his laziness and lack of professionalism isn't good for the younger forwards coming into first grade now or in the near future.

I do wish more fans (and media) would consider there is far more to a squad player than simply analysing the 80 minutes we see on the field... stuff that will never be shared publicly. We can have our views, but we have to give the coaching staff some benefit of the doubt from time to time.

Sua is gone for the season.. so Leilua may still be quite useful to us.. we're only half way thru the season.. that said if its a personality thing.. well so be it.

I like Mariota and Guymer, Frizell and Paulo as veterans on 1 year deals I wouldn’t be against either
