It's huge junior nursery isn't it. My son plays in the parra comp at U14's and a bunch of his mates he plays with go to this school. He told me when they were trying out in year 7 there were 5 different squads the boys were trying to get into. And there were still quite a few kids at the trials that didn't make any of the squads, it's insanely competitive.

Burton training with Metcalf and Drinkwater? Is he in line for a round 1 debut??!! If he can do it, and I have doubts any just turned 18 year-old can consistently play NRL at the required level. I was hoping he'd be ready for round 1, 2028!

I don't know other than to say we are shaping up as potential premiership winners. Just need the same from Charlie Heidke so we have a backline of:
  1. Drinkwater
  2. Sami
  3. Burton
  4. Heidke
  5. Holmes
  6. Nikorima
  7. Metcalf

i mean tbf all the pathways kids will be training with 1sts.. its just cool to see them there already and its not even november yet.. Burton I wouldnt rly call a pathways kid though now hes Top30... but ur other blokes like ur hodges, rumble, heidke etc.. not sure if they train as regularly though.

I read Burton is no longer pathways. Well, only for another 11 days. Top 30 from November 1st.

Blake Mozer the Broncos hooker has been told he is free to leave immediately. I'm usually the last person to want to sign a 22 year-old who hasn't been able to make it in first grade until now but he has had a lot of injuries at inopportune times. Though I guess with Liddle and Connor Watson signed, we don't need a hooker next year but might from the following year.
