Round 14 v Sharks Sunday

No more Blocka, Kerr. I would like to say no more Kyle but I can't or half the forum will flip out.

I hope he comes good and he's way better than his halves partner but so far I've seen nothing to suggest Atkinson is better than LKT right now let alone in a year or two. The way LKT takes the ball to the line in both hands and the way his kicking and defence has improved, he should be in first grade each week working on other deficiencies in his game because even with those deficiencies, right now he's the best we have. At least while Reed is injured.

But Atkinson also has showed promise. Had a few good games. With the right coaching, right attitude, much better defence, he might come good. Just looking at his age that LKT's age, I conclude the latter has more upside in his game.

It's not just the halves. Not sure what Sele has done but on form, I'd bring him in for Blocka, Nick T in for Kerr and now Su'A is injured again, Luciano comes back in.

We were up to our necks in the contest at oranges, we all know what happened then dont we. They targeted our slow weak edge defense with their superior backs. Our edges are so vulnerable.

If Young wants this gig permanently he plays Leilua, Sloan and promotes, Jake, TPH, Webster and Hutchinson for our next match. Sloan for Feagai or Holmes, Tyler in the halves, we desperately need pace our wide and a livewire in the middle to play direct and take on their line. Flanagan has had his last chance. Jake will add late power and impact, Webster and Hutcho just thrive on work and wont let us down.

Which forwards would you drop to make way for Leilua, Jake, Webster and Hutchinson?

After oranges it all went massively pear shaped. All teams brain trusts are now using the same recipe to bring us to our knees, targeting our achillies heel, our slow weak edges. Their play makers cant wait to shift the ball out to their faster more agile outside backs. I'd make an educated guess, that at least 70% of all our tries conceded have come down both edges.
