I'll say he is useless and hopeless. I didn't say that earlier did I? If I did, then this cannot be underestimated or overstated. Not too sure about Halangahu as well. He is not hitting hard enough in attack and defence.

Metcalf next year needs a ball playing 5/8th. More speed please as well in the three quarters and wing to supplement Sami on the other side. I reckon with speed next year our attack won't look pedestrian like we have been all this and last year.

I think we all know that our pack is formidable but so does the opposition. Hence their game plan is quite simple, clear the ruck, get to the edges and backline and use their speed. 3 tries to them.

This first half has clearly shown me once we play wide we lose our advantage, our lack of pace and creativity is there for all to see. We play to our strengths and we are half a chance.

The try by Flanagan after Stewart, who once again breaks the first line is an ideal example of that. Support the edge forwards. Once again the Couchman's, Stewart and LPT have been our best.

Woeful is all I can say about our right edge defence. The speed on that left edge of the Titans is killing us. Feigai and TU are not communicating in defence.

The missed tackle count in the 1st half is unacceptable, as is our 70% completion rate.

Down only by 6 at oranges. But luckily we have a new coach who will come up with a new game plan. But don't hold your breath because there are no quick fixes.

Hopefully we can come up with a contingency plan to negate their backline speed in the 2nd half. If not we are going to unfortunately lose.
