The St George Illawarra Dragons have secured the long-term futures of Ryan and Toby Couchman, with the local juniors signing contract extensions that will keep them in the Red V until at least the end of the 2030 NRL season.

There was something heartwarming about seeing Jason Nightingale striding onto the field at fulltime to press the flesh with Kodi Nikorima (they were NZ teammates at one point), and then have a long chat with Dolphins trainer Nathan Fien. Like a little visit from the ghost of premierships past, and premierships future

Eric has dealt with this issue.I will add this comment although belatedly.
Tough gig being a moderator but I would personally suggest that this particular forum is far more user friendly than many others .
Healthy constructive conversations are the cornerstone of any successful forum as are the actions of the forums moderators.
I would like to think that
Eric and to a lesser extent myself have ensured that this forum is a fair and equitable place to raise individuals thoughts over a myriad of issues without fear or favour.There is a very old saying, " You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time".
But rest assured we try and do our best and personal attacks on other members will be dealt with based on the individual circumstances of the issue.

Didn't age well. You are just that loath to give LKT any credit. He played well and his long kicking has improved a lot. Still not as good as Atkinson's but the way he takes the ball to the line and has a bit of speed means he was kicking from closer to their line than Atkinson has been doing. He also defended very well.

I’m more than willing to give the kid a go Chris but you have to admit his past performances weren’t good and didn’t warrant him being in the side. He did play well though and now he has to do it consistently.

i mean he plays direct and at pace so doesnt collapse the depth of our left edge giving holmes a bit more space to move

Just my opinion, hope he makes it but won't be playing 1sts next season. Hope he learns to tackle in ressies next season.
