Hopefully we end up winning this game at Jubilee. I notice that Penrith is resting 16 players against the Bulldogs on Thursday night. Meaning a couple of things - 1) Bulldogs at home will dominate what is a Penrith Reserve Grade side and win comfortably and 2) Penrith will bring back the 16 for the last game of the competition against us. But we won't be deterred and as the game will be at WIN Stadium we will fight to the death and beat the Panthers as well. Would be nice to end the season on a high.

Very smart coaching in my opinion. The reality is that they couldn't make the top 4 after last 2 week's losses. The very worst that they can finish is 8th. So they are in one way or another. So 5 v 8, 6 v 7 in the preliminary semis.

So im thinking depending upon results they could even rest their players against us and be playing either the Sharks or Broncos and would fancy beating both of those teams

Isn't it funny how they and Storm do this but we weren't allowed to stand the 12 BBQ players down in one game because it questioned the integrity of the game.

I'm sure they would claim "niggling injuries" and "player welfare" if challenged by NRL, not that they would challenge it. They just wanted to inflict maximum pain on us for embarrassing them and bringing the competition into disrepute. Probably would have been better treated if they found a mirror covered in a white powdery substance that was difficult to identify.
