Beautiful attacking structures, once again nothing wrong this season with our structures in attack. It's been the defensive line speed and online defensive structures that have cost us. We are being competitive in the wet against the competition favourites

Exactly what I've been saying our structures are looking great just needed to tidy up the defence and errors and look what happens! Hows that for a bloody brilliant win fellas! Let's keep building on that good, tough defensive effort and we'll be in for a good year

Klemmer would normally come back for a 2nd stint too, he was ready to go on the sideline.. but I think it was his first game of the year and Flanno was happy we were holding them ok on the field and didnt want to make an unnecessary chance I suspect..

Plus Egan, Stewart, JDB, Su'A, Couchman were playing really well and Cook was on as a middle forward tackling everything that moves. No need to give any a rest.

• Most valuable player on the field for the Dragons was Tyran Wishart.
• Illias was much better but still a duck as far as line break assists and try assists which is a bit disappointing. Kyle Flanno....... with the way Egan played, I wonder if that made it more difficult for Flanno to still not pick LKT? I know hell will freeze over before it's done after a win.
• Sloan was also disappointing. A couple of mistakes and not many run metres. A lot less than the other back 5.
• Egan was on for about 50 min but how good was he? Stewart was also good but not as good as Egan.
• Couchman was overshadowed by Egan and Stewart which is certainly good signs for the future. Though it's probably bad signs for JDB getting one last year.
• Su'A bounced back. I remember the game late last year against the Storm he also had a blinder.
• Gutho..... how good was he? Setting up tries and saving tries. With a bit more help with the creativity and defence about the same as it was today, that is, so Gutho isn't asked to do too much himself, he might take this team places. Probably not this year but next and the year after.
