World Cup RL now means a tournament for 3rd place after Australia and NZ. In the tournament, NZ are going to be extremely hard to beat. Ponga at the back, Hughes In the middle, JFH at the front, Isaako on the flank.

Australia's big advantage is depth. Could lose a gun in any position and not really lose anything as a team.

If NZ can keep their best team on the field, they will be very hard to beat.

As for tonight, I'm going

Will be a tough one GCRV - NZ is formidable. Our defence will have to be strong.

Must have been a bit more than a year ago. Tino Fasuamaleaui had a get out option at the Titans. I said at the time, I'm very much against signing him for close to a million, that he's overrated and wouldn't surprise me if the Couchman's are better than him the end of 2026 season.

I was right on all counts. I agree with you regarding Munster but Tino Fasuamaleaui is not close to one of the best props Australia have to choose from.

Yeah I thought he had a disappointing 12 months

I think his dad passing has been tough for him though so he might just need a bit of time to get back to his best

The couchmans are spectacular though and for the suspected money their on it’s a bargain

600k would be my guess and that’s unders based on performance

Good game this.
I guessed the Couchman's would be on close to 800k. Which would still be unders IMO.
