Many fans, players? He has already made plenty of those decisions. Another yr without a finals spot, so his decisions are worth diddly-squat and only cause further pain for either us or the player, unless they are one of 'his boys'..

Mason Phillips was 18 this year iirc so he should be the Steelers Sg ball hooker next year

Justa said he’s been hitting the gym and put on some good weight since SG ball finished so hopefully he can kick on

i Heard a few things about his off field work ethic etc. about 6 months ago and it wasn’t good so it’s nice to hear that gym and training stuff considering he was a string bean this season

You never know which kids might turn a corner and take things more seriously.. such a funny age.. still a kid.. my teenagers have NFI.. and we all mature at different rates.. but that's some good young hookers which is promising.. were still gonna need to fill the gap though unless Hjaltason or Fagalilo make an enormous leap in the next 12 months.

They reckon he could be released in early 2026, let’s not forget how good he was before he was locked up. Manly got rid of Koroisau for him.

If it was up to me and he got out early 2026 I’d give him a train and trial or development deal and then top 30 for 2027 if he performs. Timeline works well with Cook leaving at the end of 2026

He might have to wait a while to get clearance from the NRL to return after he gets out.

Sorry mate, I’m usually on board with a lot of things you say but this one I will never agree with you on. This bloke should never ever be registered to play nrl again in his lifetime. He can serve his time, then serve his parole period and get fucked

That’s fine mate, it’s ok to disagree.

Their are club admins that won’t give a rats about morals or ethics if the ability outweighs the off field issues

I can assure you if he’s allowed to play, he’ll have PLENTY of offers, their are guys that have bashed women, drug cheats, abusers,rapists and Ezra Mam who have been allowed to continue playing so I’m not going to pick and choose what’s ’bad enough’ to end a players career forever

I can see why people would be of the belief that he shouldn’t be allowed back and that’s fine as well

He was young, stupid, affected by peer pressure and did a very bad thing. If or when he pays his debt ro society, he deserves amother chance.

This stuff I just trust in Flanno and co.. forget the on-field side of things... Shane is the one who has to make a call if xyz player will work with his group of men.. this is literally the one area that is all him..... man-management, squad-happiness...

Terrell May is a good example of a player that had a real stink to him but is pretty much the #1 reason the Tigers have improved from 2024.. whether in time he disrupts the playing group in some way.. who knows.. maybe he did with Galvin infact... but bit like Mailrooms take... the only path forward for us is winning more games and closing the roster quality gap, so if Flanno meets them and thinks he can make it work.. tally ho.. if not all good.. his call...

Bit over the top with enormous. Reckon Fagalilo is not far off, impresses me with his busy all round game. Not seen a lot of Hjaltason, but having missed most of the season youd think he has to be well behind Fagalilo in the pecking order.

I believe he can’t play until 2030

Not done a great job in these two yrs of his tenure. Surely his neck is on the chopping block same as was Hooks at a similar time. Two peas from the same pod.

Give him a break. How old was he when that happened? Obviously any deal would come with strict conditions.

and after that long out of the game, doubt he'd be able to make it back to first grade.
