No, no, no. He's a second rower. Could fill in at centre like a lot of second rowers do. Like Su'A has done several times. But his position is in the second row. If he even makes it. Remember Jackson Shreb? Tall, big, relatively fast. Well to my old eyes if he proves himself in ressies this season he could be a chance of a top 30 contract next season either with us or another team.

Coutts is NSW cup for sure.. but I think hes one with potential that might get an upgrade for 2027.. time will tell.. its just that unless there r injuries he needs to transition to the middle to get game-time. Size wise until we see them all side by side its hard to compare, but although I think Nick probably has a wider torso, id say Coutts is the biggest overall.

As a coach I always desperately tried to find someone in my pack that had the uncanny ability to offload especially with 2 defenders trying to get him to ground.
When you found that person there were quite a few alternative attacking structures that you could run off that.
Yes you have those boxheads as bookends who just make the yards you need to make and a enforcer in your pack who was just as dangerous both on and off the ball. But when you found that forward who could free himself long enough to initiate 2nd phase attacking football it was the icing on the cake.
Someone like a James Graham, Trent Merrin, Luke Bailey and my favourite Rocket Rod Reddy.

My understanding is all 6 have been filled
Weatherall/Cyrus/Reed/ONeill/Buchanan and Setu Tu
On top of that is chat that Muhl has a deal of some sort which would likely push one of these 6 into the top 30 (if Muhls deal is not top 30).
The team photos taken yesterday had 32 players ...
The 25 confirmed top 30, the 6 mentioned supplementary players plus Nick who we all assume has a top 30.
Muhl was not in the shots.

Muhleissen did his ACL in the grand final, so would have been october or november for surgery.. i doubt we will see much of him this year sadly.. maybe off the bench in the back end of the year with no fitness into him... but certainly wont be training.

yep Rev, knew that ...sounds like the deal the club is giving him is related to not throwing him to the wolves with a bung knee and no earning potential.
Give him a deal, help him through his recovery and see where he ends up. If typical ACL is 9 months he may be right for the 2nd half of the season.
Hooker depth is not great and Muhl is a decent enough reserve grade hooker.

Is that right. Where do you check the team list? When you say Reid, do you mean Kade? Isn't his name Reed? To have two halfbacks in the supplementary list seems a bit much. Maybe they had to do it for contractual reasons. Like Reed was promised to be on the list as a condition of his re-signing.

Only that Flano said in a recent interview that he was very impressed with him and he is pushing for a starting wing berth.
We could potentially see Fale and Tu on the flanks in round one.

Sir, a hamstring strain doesn't take near on 6 months to get better. What was that insta thing they were talking about? CT liked the comment Ilias made about not getting a decent chance?
Doesn't matter anyway. CT is okay but as a winger, he'll never be more than okay due to his severe lack of speed for a winger. These 2 new dudes might turn out really good. Let's give them a chance.
