Flanno can be credited as recruiting Koloamatangi. He signed with the knowledge Flanno would be out coach in 2027. We have been struggling to recruit long before Flanno took over. I was very surprised Koloamatangi signed with us. Name the big name or in demand players we signed since 2011?

Widdop was a huge signing and there wasn’t a peep about it until it was announced that he’d signed with us

Since Bennett it has always been a tough gig for any 1st team coach, the set up of the club and players on board was always a few years building program, if the club supported the incoming coach fully and changed the existing path we were on then maybe the coach has a chance.
Next year we have great young forwards wiser and more experienced, we have KK along with the centre of excellence nearly here.
We need desperately a big change in the backs, with a stack of exciting talent and speed, we must be on to that now.

Now sign Couchies and Jake up to 2029

The steps are happening but it's slowly and we are getting older.

I cant blame Flanno too much considering what he had to work with.

I'm sure blind Freddy can see there's not any or enough dynamism in attempting to win these games, something has to change.

I agree with all that except for the part about not blaming Flanno. The first year I didn't blame him. Last year it was half his fault. This year, which is shaping up as the worst yet, is all on Flanno.

We got beat in Golden Point by Canterbury after getting many bad calls.

We were up against Melbourne with 20 to go. I could hardly believe it at the time

Last week we were in the game. Couchman getting sin binned hurt us.

Melbourne and Canterbury are great chances to make the top 4. Parra surprisingly beat Brisbane the week before playing us, after being down by a big margin early in the game.

I am putting things into perspective.

I didn't expect us to beat Canterbury or Melbourne.

This week we will be without both Couchmen, who are 2 of our best players. Ryan out for the next 4 weeks is a massive lose.

I am prepared to give Flanno until next year, with Reed at halfback, the addition of Koloamatangi and our young forwards being another year older, before writing Flanno off. If we could sign Cleary or Webster, I would take them, but the others people are mentioning are gambles, that if I was our CEO, I wouldn't bet my job on.

There's talk of players 18,19, 20 being too young its absolute rubbish.

There are 18 year old superstars in all sports all over the world.

I played in good Men's Sunday Football league(Soccer) in England at age 14, yes they were more physical but I loved showing the other players and the crowd I was good, it lifts you beyond anything else.
Sorry if it sounds like bragging, but it's a point to prove. Have a look at the Premier league in England and Europe and their ages.

So drop Kyle and install Kade Reed at 7 with Atko at 6, take the punt Dragons. I almost guarantee he will change the team for the better.

Respectfully, but you can’t compare Soccer with Rugby League. Watching my beloved Coventry City last week, I didn’t see any of them tackling 6 ft 4 giants weighing over 110kgs over and over again

This is Flanno's roster. If he has the players that can't beat Souths reserve grade team, whose fault is that? Why is it Aston Ward has come up against Kyle twice in the last 6 months and given him a bath twice? Whose fault is that? For me, it really makes my blood boil.

Side note and no more about Soccer, my team is Reading FC the 106 point Championship record holders, I thought Coventry were looking like taking the record but no! Phew!

Anyone but Flanno.
CEO has to sack Flanno tomorrow morning, appoint Young or Ennis as interim coaches then open up the application process. That's how it's usually done.
