It's the Titans. If we can't beat the Titans, I'll find it hard to watch next week.
Tino and Moe have been very poor. Lawrie and Guler were good last week.

Any team can win any game as is the way in the NRL... but we are doing it against a far better roster even the Titans who are equal last with us.. with both couchmen in I would have picked us.. but without them we will need some luck to go our way and we will need to defend very well.
But in general, I don't think we will many games this year.. just the odd week where Flanno has us up and we get our best team out there.... August 9th 2025 was the last win.
You have a much higher opinion of Titans and their roster than I do. They won 6 games last year and conceded 720 points. We also seem to beat them every time we play them. I will be appalled if we lose to these guys.

Almost any team is capable of beating any other team. If Penrith play Titans both at full strength, they are likely to win 99 out of 100 but there is still that one game.

Why would Flanno want a goal kicking winger? If Holmes is injured he can use goal kicking as excuse to pick KF.

I’ve just looked up Brad Arthur’s record at Parramatta, Justadragon, and I hadn’t realised he’d been in the job for eleven years. A 52% win rate, five finals series and a grand final doesn’t put him in the super‑coach bracket, but it’s still well ahead of anything we’ve managed in the same period. If we lose today, I’d hope the club at least sounds him out and considers a two‑year deal with a third‑year option tied to making the finals in either of the first two seasons.

How do you all think Foran will go as Manly's interim coach this season? He almost has a full season ahead of him, with Manly only playing 3 games so far this season. Does he have the cattle? If he doesn't turn things around will he be to blame for them having a poor season? Personally I don't think he has the cattle. Before the season started, I didn't have Manly making the top 8 this year. Jake Trbojevic is past it and I think they are carrying him. I don't rate either Fogerty or Brooks. Seibold didn't want to promote Joe Walsh as he doesn't think he is ready, which is pretty much the same as Flanno not wanting to promote Reed for the same reason. Olakau'atu is the only forward who I really rate or would like to see in a Saints jersey. Paseka is decent and I would have liked us to have signed him 2 or 3 years ago. Lets see how Foran and Manly fair for the rest of the season?

I think that Foran will do ok not terrifically but ok for his first gig coaching. He gave up playing about 6 months ago so he knows what it is like as a player with these new rules and he should know what is needed to win games in this era as well as what he has done just over a decade ago for Manly as a player.
His knowledge is quite vast so it is just a matter of building relationships with the players, getting to know their strengths and weaknesses, having good game plans etc. etc . and not getting too stressed out because he is only the interim for the rest of this year and just go out and coach and have fun.
If they beat us in a couple of weeks time then we will know more as to where Flanno is with his coaching.
