OBs are everywhere. Except in our club.I heard Manly was the other team for Watson..
Why cant we find a winger like Penitani from Souths, big strong, footwork and fast..

Many players are playing through injury in the NRL. I didn't like his effort there.Playing through injury apparently, not surprising though. Souths are gonna play him dangerously high minutes until he’s off at seasons end
Even the best of them get it wrong occasionally.Very poor defence from KK on that Luki try.
Not excusing poor play, just letting it be known he’s been playing through injury for weeksMany players are playing through injury in the NRL. I didn't like his effort there.
He'll be out for a year by the time we get him.Very poor defence from KK on that Luki try.
Good ol Wayne would have him in a wheelchair before playing well in our colours. You can be certain of that. That's part of what makes him a good coach. His ruthlessness. He'll be out for a year by the time we get him.
We have plenty injured, too. Most teams do.Souths are playing him & AJ absolutely busted. Can’t believe they haven’t been given a rest
Not really what I meant? I was saying not sure they should be playing through a torn PCL.We have plenty injured, too. Most teams do.
I'm sure the medical staff at Souths are not doing anything crazy. Not really what I meant? I was saying not sure they should be playing through a torn PCL.

Under Australian law, an NRL club can be found at fault for failing to rest an injured player. As the employer, a club owes a strict duty of care to provide a safe workplace and mitigate foreseeable harm.Souths are playing him & AJ absolutely busted. Can’t believe they haven’t been given a rest
He's definitely is not 100% and seems to be getting worse every week. There must be something in it or he would have been playing SOO, they obviously didn't want to take the risk. Plus today there was a couple of defensive plays that made him look very ordinary. Anyway we will see what he is like by the time he gets here.Under Australian law, an NRL club can be found at fault for failing to rest an injured player. The Club's Duty of Care
Player Consent & "Toughness": If a player hides their symptoms, downplays their pain, or pushes to play against medical advice, a court may find them partially or fully at fault for their continued condition (contributory negligence)
- Workplace Health and Safety: Professional NRL players are employees. Clubs must ensure that pushing a player to perform does not exacerbate an existing injury or cause long-term damage.
- Medical Sign-Off: If an independent doctor or the club's medical staff diagnoses a player and advises against playing, allowing them to take the field is a serious breach of duty.
- Concussion Protocols: Following a diagnosed concussion, the NRL mandates a mandatory stand-down period (typically 11 days). Clubs face severe penalties and sanctions for failing to follow these head-injury assessment (HIA) protocols.
