Look I know he's on a big salary for another year and probably doesn't justify it at this stage of his career, but that's on us not him. If we're reduced to wishing bad luck on a bloke's surgery simply to free up salary cap space then we've put football above basic humanity.

The subject of medical retirement with cap benefits require a new/chronic injury that ends Clints career - bear that in mind when others talk of the club needing to medically retire him and remind them what they are actually asking for.

I understand as I said I made a medical retirement comment myself. There is a difference my friend perhaps a better choice of words would have sufficed. Anyway what is done is now done and is now in the past and been dealt with. Have a good day. Cheers

Didn't go too far. Only expressed openly what almost everyone wants. Want the best for Gutho and that might be for him to have to call it a day due to his body no longer be up to first grade.
