Hi Frank I think you mentioned the year 2011 in another post. The year that Bennett last won the comp was in 2010 and not 2011. 2011 was the last year that Bennett coached the Dragons and they finished in 5th place then losing in the qualifying and semi finals to Wests Tigers and Brisbane...

Yes, my first thought was that the team list was the Cup team especially when I saw Sloan at 1. It will certainly be an interesting game and I hope that the squad picked will come out on top.

We have signed three youngsters from the Eels to play in the St George SG Ball Cup in 2026 - this from Foxsports News -...

Jett has gone to the Titans RVH on a 2 year deal and has been included in that club's development list for 2026 before being upgraded to the top 30 roster in 2027. I thought he would have been earmarked to play firsts for us, but never eventuated. As they say, we can't keep them all.

So how would our negotiating team before DA's appointment have handled getting KK to the club? I think zero result even with Flanno trying to help sign him. Hopefully, DA will get us more players that will help us build for great outcomes in the years ahead.

Sloan has had stacks of chances I know, but he could be part of the 22 man squad flying to Vegas - doesn't mean he will play but you never know Frank.
