SGI NSW Cup
To be eligible for the Jersey Flegg Cup finals, a player must have played a minimum of **8 regular-season matches**.

The official rule from the NSWRL Major Competitions handbook states that for a player to be eligible for the Jersey Flegg Cup final series, they must have participated in at least 8 matches in that competition before the finals begin.

### Additional Eligibility Rules​

It's also important to be aware of other rules that can affect a player's eligibility:
* **"Majority of Matches" Rule**: A player is generally expected to have played the majority of their season's matches in the Jersey Flegg Cup to qualify for its finals.

* **"Equal Status" with NSW Cup**: The Jersey Flegg Cup and NSW Cup have 'equal status' for player movement. This affects how a player's games across these competitions are counted for qualification.

* **Higher-Level Elimination**: A player who does not qualify under the main rules might still be permitted to play in a finals match if their higher-level team (e.g., NSW Cup) is eliminated on the same weekend.

Do you know who has actually qualified and who will miss out? Even with a few games remaining before finals

Well this is a bit of an anticlimax. Let’s hope we don’t meet these these guys in finals. Not our best game.was expecting a bit more out of this side. Goz wont be happy

Yep agree always had a look of complacency possibly because of the easy wins they have had. Roosters came out primed.

Hopefully a slight glitch that Gorrell will need fixing. Complacency, if any, needs to be stamped out before the finals. No game is a given - need to play each team on their merits and not give an inch.

There’s some proper players in the roosters team, guys that will go in to play plenty of first grade like Seve/Mareko/Bassingthwaite/Darcy Smith

Their ladder position isn’t a reflection of how good their 21’s side is
