I acknowledge that it's only his 2nd game, he's inexperienced but there was no confidence shown by the coaches that he could manage the game it was so predictable Hunt, Hunt, Hunt and therein lies our issue. Therefore their defensive structures only had to follow Hunt. I'm probably being harsh on the kid because we were set up not to play his side of the park but I hope I'm wrong. I need to be wrong.

I thought he tackled well. They aimed a lot of attack at him on one side and Feagai on the other. Guess which side leaked most of the points.

You don't think he was under directions from the coach to defer to Hunt whenever possible? Put in a few nice attacking kicks, pass well off both sides and not the catch and pass 10m from the defence or run, never look like passing BS. He ran right to the line and passed.

I'm.not knocking the kid, I hope he is an answer but we need an experienced game manager. Hunt proved once again he is no game manager but don't forget the team is set up to run the 2nd last play towards Hunt. That needs to be changed in 2025 otherwise my prediction from 2021 that we will again play semi finals football in 2025 won't come to fruition and that greatly saddens me

Sad way for him to finish up. Set up Eisenhuth and almost set up Sloan but all in all didn't have his best game. If we are keeping it real.

That's all it is Hunt Hunt Hunt no-one else is allowed to do anything ..... His last play kicks have no purpose ....... Also since Kyle Flanagan hasn't played we haven't won a game , no saying he is a supe star but at the moment he has more enthusiasm than our million dollar player .......

I loved him as a player, very tough, good defender. But the results are what you are judged on and we are on - 126 and as I also predicted finished 11th, well I bet on 12th and another covering bet of 10th - 12th so unfortunately I collected. Our defensive structures just don't seem to be able to be achieved by the players we currently have so if I was still head coach I would discuss with the defensive coach how we can change our structures to ensure compliance and success

There are three guys, Sloan, Su'A and Suli that wont want him to leave and prob some others, as that trio said that Young was the reason for their improved defensive attitude at season start. The fact is we have some good defenders that thrive on the tuff middle battle and unfortunately some lazy ones that shy from it. You only have to look at the stats to verify that.

His positional defence is awful. He just can't seem to read the game. That has failed to improve this season unfortunately and in these days you just can't carry a fullback who cannot read the game and adjust our defensive line. Just my views
