Makes sense to me Ryan, lets hope the kid does well and no injuries, we have a lot riding on this little fellow in the next couple of years, lets hope he can handle the massive expectations.

Trying to think whether 1st grade or NSWCup Finals is the priority for 'stacking' the best players next week... I think its always 1st grade that is priority, but either way we still need to find 17 players for 1sts and 17 for Ressies, thats basically all we have left anyway.. maybe a couple of players they will need to think about.. the young 19-20yr olds... vs the old bulls like lawrie/feagai/allan/mmolo etc.. hopefully a couple more bodies r back on deck by then also.. NickT and MMolo come to mind.

Week 2 of finals is when we get to drop everyone available back... the good thing is we will definitely be there with the 2nd bite of the cherry.

I'm wondering if Reed has a blinder, would they leave Glover out for another week? NSW Cup team are very good. When Halangahu, Buchanan, LPT go back, it will probably seem so much easier. But judging by the ladder, it might not be enough to beat the Warriors. Maybe the Talau needs to gamble a bit.

Both Kyle and Ilia’s have contracts for next year but do we really think Flanno will select Ilias ahead of Kyle ?

Reed/Ilias duo looks good to me. But switch them and make Reed the first receiver and organizer with Ilias given the freedom to take on the line and back up the ball runner more as he did successfully last game. I am a bit worried tho about Reeds defense, but there has been some improvement with his intent over latter half of the season.

Understand what you are saying RVH, but Ilias having a great game last week didnt erase all the poor ones he;s had. he has had some shockers. Look I want the guy to succeed and be great for the Dragons, but until I see him performing at a high standard in a lesser grade, then KF still beats him. Also I'm thinking KF wont be in the halves next year imo it will be hopefully be LKT and Atkinson with Reed for the odd game. Their my thoughts but anything can happen.

Mine also Jd. But only if and it is a little one, a certain head coach allows KS to be moved elsewhere. We all know how he defended the nameless one, well he has defended his boy even more vigorously and to the continual detriment of the club. Always maintained Kyle Flanagan shud never have come here once his old man had been signed as coach. Has muddied the waters.

I get it mate and you are right, but when Watsford has said KF wont be in the halves and Flanno has said that KF came here as a 14, then I think the writing is on the wall, and hey I wouldnt mind KF being the 14 when Cook goes, he's a good defender and can kick goals, and if something happens in the halves during a game he can fill in there.

14 fit players srsly, cant pull someone from another grade??

Dogs got off to a good start but we fought back.. Hodges has scored 2 himself with his running game.. Fitzy put up a bomb which miller took for another.. rly nice having fitzy kick for touch..

But 14 players means 2nd half will be a mess..
