2nd Half (14-14 draw):

• With the breeze now and Ilias's restart kick bounces straight into touch.. note that for 1st grade.. on the attack.. Ilias > Ramsey > Williams this time.. boom in the corner with his pace, 14-10 after Glover rips it around from the touchline.. damn that kid has improved this year.
• Fought valiantly till 57min mark and Williams coughs it up for a 2nd time hitting it up.. this is not the first game its happened to him.. its his weak area.. his hitups and ball retention.. they go straight on the attack and its 14-14.
• Nearly went in again, but twice Ramsey has got a ball from Ilias under traffic and tried to get it away quickly but hes been hit and its gone forward.. on both edges.
• Williams fumbles it coming off our line after we stop them.. fmd.. about 6 errors ensued though and we defended..
• BMM cleans up cleary after the kick.. not much in it but very dumb.. thankfully cant kick the penalty into the breeze from 30m out in front..
• BMM drops it cold with 1min left.. we defend it.. we charge down the attempted fieldgoal on 5th.. CST then drops it.. Cleary then drops it.. but ruled no advantage fmd.. they get a scrum on fulltime to go for 1 last fieldgoal or try but we deny em.. 14-14 fair result.

He has gotten worse every game he has played, anyone calling for him to be in FG is not watching Cup games or hasn't got a clue.

Hard to control the ball in that, but 14-14 was better than I imagined against the top side by a mile, lets get ourselves into the GF and give the fans something for the year.

I thought Ilias has been rly trying to step up lately.. and the first half today, a couple of mistakes but he did his job and his energy is decent (for him), but he doesnt get it right nearly often enough... this is NSW Cup and a good side hes in..

I'd take Glover any day of the week.. just far more of a threat with his speed and tenacity.. shame he didnt get a shot this year and is moving on.. not the end of the world.. but gotta admit I would have liked to have seen how he handled first grade.. but have to admit how he would go tackling first graders would be a big ask... and 1-2 moments in attack wont help if he misses 6 tackles.

I do RVH but I think its a bit late to get Reed in there, maybe consider him for IC if JF does no good.

If there is an injury to any of the 4 halves (Kyle, LKT, Ilias, Glover) then sure bring Reed up, but I cant really see him being bought up otherwise.. who misses out? That Cup team is going deep into finals hopefully and Glover is going great.. do have some 'easier' opponents coming up though, last 2 weeks have been brutal.

Needed that type of performance after last week's no show. That will give them confidence going into the semi finals
