Hits like yesterday I think will impact Reeds willingness to go that deep into the line.. and perhaps thats not a bad thing, I know its a fine-line, but take enough full hits like that even if they arent high, and ur gonna struggle to stay on the field.

With yesterday... the timing imo was fine, marginal anyway.... whether he wrapped his arm I dunno (it was out straight), but the issue is it was a massive prop hitting him in the head directly.. and on top of that it sent him flying backwards head first into the hard ground... it might have been that part that did the damage.. it was rly hard to watch.

Just watched the first half of the game between the Dolphins and the Rabbitohs. It is just amazing that so often in the last minute or so a player defending gives away a penalty when the attacking team (Souths) is on their 30 metre line and this gives Mitchell a good kick towards the Dolphins line and lo and behold they score a try right on the bell. The last 2-3 minutes players tend to let their guard down so easily and do things wrong. I sort of predicted that the try would be scored because it happens so many times. I can't see the Dolphins getting back now being 18 points behind.

Yeah they tried hard to the end but both sides defense was ordinary at times. Still both will be hard to beat but it can be done.

There's 3 or 4 posters who seem to turn every thread into how sh.t they think Flanagan is. It gets seriously repetitive and boring.

This is what we need to happen:
  1. Parramatta win against the Donkeys tonight.
  2. Media speculation comes too much that Haas is off on the coach and it's creating division within the team.
  3. Broncos agree to release Haas to Souffs immediately.
  4. KK moves to the Dragons immediately.
  5. Gular or Blocka goes to the Broncos.
The best game I remember Blocka playing was against the Broncos. He gave Tevita Pangai Jnr a bath.

And one more thing. Iongi is way better than Gutho. It boggles the mind why Flanno spent big money recruiting veterans like Cook and Gutho, Gutho in particular, rather than trying to sign players like Iongi.

Actually, not Gutho in particular, Cook as well. I rate Cook highly but we already had Liddle who was one of our better players in 2024.

Broncos winger Karapangi (spelled phonetically. It's probably way off) got the ball from a cleaning kick and ran straight at JDB like he was Ben Hunt or Kyle Flanagan:ROFLMAO:. He got hammeredo_O and isn't looking forward to a long career.

I know this isn't a big deal, but games are getting refed differently every week, last week, can't remember which game a team scored with approx 5.49seconds to go, the ref blew time off literally when the kicker got the ball in his hand to kick for goal, he didn't signal time back on until the opposition kicked off, i was under the impression time off is called in the last 5 minutes and now watching Moses take the piss out of the last goal kick taking forever to kick it while time was running down, what happened to stopping the clock..
