The best thing about our decade and a half of humiliation is the fact Shonkies only won one PED, salary cap tainted premiership in that time and now they are in trouble again, on and off the field.

The only positive start to the season or the fact Manly might be in an even worse mess than us. We might be able to recruit a new coach of our choice if we are competing with Manly. NQ is a worry. They have a roster which should be going much better. An good coach should be able to turn them around almost from week 1. Can only hope some of the most sought after available coaches don't want to live up there.

A long distance try and a gifted try keeping the score respectable for Manly but they don't screw like our management. Seibold is surely facing a bullet very soon. So our management needs to move on our *+?>=) head coach even sooner in order for Manly not to get first choice of available candidates.
