Took a gamble with youth and it's paying off for them. It usually does. Need a few old hands but as a general rule, if you stack the team with talented young guys, they are going to come good sooner rather that later. Just as long as they are up to the physicality when they are teenagers.

Look at Newcastle without their two best players. What a good coach can do for a team. I don't know if he's that good a coach but his teams play a positive, attacking, fast game. Flanno is all about "getting into the wrestle". It's not a game that works anymore.

Watching the Penrith-Parramatta game and Ennis can't stop laughing again. I hope he gets the Manly job so he can GTFO of the Dragons business and so I can't watch games without hearing him break into fits of laughing every 2 minutes. Maybe he can even take Flanno with him.

So much rides on tomorrow.. we get the win things will settle down.. if we dont oh boy will we hear about it, the journos are yet to mention the 4 games at the end of 2025 also.. already @ 7 straight losses.. that is a long time between songs.. the sort of losing that become entrenched.
Maybe we come out and dominate tomorrow.. but man for man across the park and starting middles of Lawrie+Guler vs Tino+MoeF.. Kini vs Gutho, Brimson/Campbell vs Kyle/Atko.. I just cant pick us to win.. if we win it will have nothing to do with the quality of roster.
