A team built from the ground up with only 2 or 3 imports. We have the makings of that as well. If we can get a coach who will stop saying, "No ready yet". That is basically the first thing Flanno said about the Couchman's when he came onboard despite the fact they were close to our best forwards the previous year. More than held their own in the NRL. Anyway, we need to think about this team, IMO. Not this year but as early as next year for several of them and definitely the year after for most of them.
I know I'm probably way off and way too optimistic but anyway, it is a public forum.

Looks like we will be lucky enough to play them in the Origin period. Even if it isn't a game they have sit out their Origin players, Cleary might be confident enough in the minor premiership to sit them out anyway.
We play them at magic round. We will magically lose 100-0

Yes, you are right puff. Panthers to date are easily the best but all it takes would be some serious injuries to key men and they could come back to the field. Don't count your chickens before they are hatched as it is only round 5 and there are plenty more games and plenty more things that can happen and to get through yet. In saying that, I would be happy if I was a Panthers supporter.

I think that the Storm will have its worst year this year. They don't appear to have the confidence like other years which made them successful. Its about time.

He’ll be back in 4-5 weeks hopefully. Perfect bench player, let him off the leash for 30 odd mins. Strong front on defender, fill in at centre if needed. Flanno just doesn’t want to change, sticks with the same formula week in week out. There’s only so many times you can bang your head against a wall before you knock yourself out. Same goes for Jacob and Loko.

Looks like Holbrook has the Knights playing some good football, without their 2 best players. I;ve allways liked Holbrook, he got ripped off at the Titans. Anyway good luck to him, I'm hoping at some stage we get to talk to Arthur.

Newcastle showing how little it takes to turn it around. If we can get some outside backs who can run faster than our props and have Reed at halfback, we can be like Newcastle this year, next year.

Well the Knights gave their fans something to cheer about after 7 home ground losses, meanwhile back at the Dragons, they get booed off the field. So much for being equal wooden spoon favorites, looks like one club decided that was unacceptable.
